  1. The Rock Drill site in RiNO site could see more than a million square feet of new development added. The buyers of the famed Rock Drill site have submitted a concept development plan to the city of Denver's planning department, and the owner, 87-year-old Byron Weiss, hopes the deal closes this time around.   2. Economic impact of Colorado's oil and gas industry challenged. A recent report questions the long-held belief that oil and gas in Colorado is the golden calf many in the industry believe it is. The report issued by the Colorado Fiscal Institute claims the financial impact is much smaller overall. (CO Newsline)
  3. Don't want to pay a bag fee? Here's what happens if a store doesn't charge the 10-cent bag fee. With new Colorado legislation that went into effect on Jan. 1 that requires retailers to charge a bag fee, the fine is stiff if they fail to charge it. Stores could face a fine of up to $500 for a second violation and up to a $1,000 for a third violation. (FOX31)
  4. Yet another candidate for Denver mayor. This time it's the CEO of the Tattered Cover Book Store, Kwame Spearman, that has signed on to the roster of more than 26 candidates that are jockeying for the top political slot in Denver come this April 4. (Westword)
  5. The thieves that stole $400,000 worth of artwork in Boulder busted in Lakewood. Artwork that was stolen in Boulder last week was found in Lakewood, and the suspect, Brandon Camacho-Levine, 31, is facing multiple charges, and was caught with the stolen artwork, along with methamphetamine and guns. Lakewood police coordinated with the Boulder police to capture Camacho-Levine. (CBS4)
