- Sun Valley neighborhood set to receive millions in Tax Increment Financing. Sun Valley is located between Federal Boulevard and the South Platte River and will receive as much as $10.3 million that will allow Denver Housing Authority to construct a new street grid and other infrastructure upgrades.
