Super Tuesday: Breakdown Of Colorado Ballots Returned
More than one million ballots have been returned so far in Colorado for the presidential primary. Here's a breakdown by party.
More than one million Coloradans had already returned their ballots to county clerks before Super Tuesday. The Colorado Secretary of State's office has been sending daily updates to let voters know how many ballots have been returned from each party.
As of Tuesday morning, 1,311,477 ballots have been returned. All ballots must be received by 7 p.m., and postmarks will not count.
Democratic turnout has surpassed Republican turnout, with 34.5 percent of ballots returned coming from Democratic voters, 34.2 percent from Republican voters and 31.4 percent from Unaffiliated voters.
