Two Denver Restaurants Among OpenTable's Top 100

OpenTable has revealed its list of the top 100 restaurants in the country. Satchel's on 6th and Wildflower both made the list.

DENVER, CO — Two Denver restaurants made OpenTable's 2021 list of the top 100 restaurants in the country.

The list — which was not released in 2020 due to the pandemic — was created by curating and analyzing more than 10 million reviews from verified OpenTable diners across the country.

Satchel's on 6th and Wildflower — both local Denver spots — made this year's cut.

Wildflower is the restaurant and bar set inside the Life House Lower Highlands hotel. Led by Executive Chef Aiden Tibbetts, Wildflower strives to put out plant-focused, locally-sourced meals, drawing inspiration from the surrounding country to serve their take on Italian cuisine.

Wildflower is relatively new to the Denver scene, first opening its doors in the midst of the pandemic in November 2020. In the short time it has been open, Wildflower has gone on to rack up more than 300 reviews and just shy of a five-star rating on OpenTable.

Reviewers have taken note of its "romantic" atmosphere and "ambiance," in addition to its "high-quality" food.
