Mid-October, the CU system and CU Denver will launch a Campus and Workplace Culture (CWC) Survey, designed to gather information about community members’ academic, workplace, and residential environments.
CU leadership is committed to creating an inclusive environment where all feel respected, supported, and valued. Diversity, equity, and inclusion are integral parts of the CU system strategic plan and CU Denver’s 2030 strategic plan. Survey results will be used to better understand our existing culture and to identify strengths and areas of concern in order to make recommendations for creating and sustaining a just, equitable, and inclusive culture throughout CU.

When the survey launches this fall, a unique link will be sent to your CU email (@ucdenver.edu) address. The link will connect to the online survey, which will take 10 – 20 minutes to complete. We ask all CU Denver students, faculty, and staff to take the survey, as the results will allow us to have a more representative look at the extent to which everyone, and especially protected classes, feel respected, supported, and valued on campus.
After responses are gathered through November, the Board of Regents will review initial results for questions related to the strategic plan, followed by the development of action plans for each campus later in 2022.
