Winter Storm Warning Continues For Front Range: Update
Officials have issued the latest information on road conditions, snowfall, temperatures and the spread of wildfires.

A National Weather Service winter storm warning remains in effect until 6 a.m. Monday for the Front Range, but hazardous road conditions are expected after 6 a.m. for commuters.
"The colder temperatures and snow will result in snow covered
roads, and slick travel conditions," the agency's warning read.
Between 6 and 9 inches of snow fell over the past 24 hours, according to the National Weather Service.

"If you are planning to travel, be prepared for slower than normal travel conditions, and use extra time to reach your destination safely," the alert read.
Temperatures will be very cold Monday morning, with highs only in the single digits over the mountains and mostly teens elsewhere, weather officials said.

"Be prepared for the sharp change in temperatures and dress warmly in several layers of clothing," the advisory read.
"If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency."

More than 12 inches of snow fell Sunday over the Cameron Peak Fire, and at least 6 inches fell over the East Troublesome Fire, officials said. While the weather has stopped both fires from spreading, it's unclear whether they will increase again later this week.
The Front Range winter storm warning includes Denver, Aurora, Boulder, Arvada, Golden, Lakewood, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock, Longmont, Brighton, Fort Collins and other cities.
