Winter Storm Warning For Metro Denver, Boulder: Update
Another snowstorm has dropped out of the Northern Rockies into Denver's metro area and Boulder, weather officials warned.

Just when residents in metro Denver and Boulder are recovering from the last snowstorm, another one has hit the region. The National Weather Service has issued another Winter Storm Warning β this time from 6 a.m. Tuesday until noon on Wednesday.
"The snow will spread southeast early Tuesday morning with snow
expected to begin in Denver Tuesday morning during the morning
rush hour," an alert from the agency read. "Snow and cold will push southeast Tuesday and Tuesday night. Roads are expected to be snow covered and slippery for the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning commute."
Dozens of vehicles crashed Tuesday morning, according to the Denver Police Department. At 6 a.m., 18 accidents were reported, and 26 were reported by 7 a.m.

"If traveling Tuesday or Wednesday morning consider adjusting you travel plans," the alert read. "The cold wind chills as low as 15 below zero could result in hypothermia if precautions are not taken. If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency."
The Winter Storm Warning has been issued for the following regions: Boulder, Denver, Castle Rock, Greeley, Fort Morgan, Byers, Limon, Akron, Arvada, Golden, Lakewood, Longmont, Aurora, Brighton, Denver International Airport, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Parker, Castle Rock, Elbert, Fondis, Kiowa, Larkspur, Eaton, Fort Lupton, Roggen, Brush, Goodrich, Wiggins, Bennett, Deer Trail, Leader, Agate, Hugo, Limon, Matheson, Akron, Cope, Last Chance and Otis.
