This month’s Social-Memory Café is Thursday, June 11th. We’ll be celebrating End of School – Summer Fun. As always, we will have yummy snacks, sing-a-long music, conversation and shared activities.
This is free and open to anyone in Estes Valley who is experiencing any level or form of brain change due to dementia, attending with a family member, friend, or caregiver. We meet at St. Bartholomew’s Church (880 MacGregor Ave) from 10:00 – 11:30. We meet every second Thursday of each month, same time, same place. Whether you have come to Social-Memory Café before or want to join us for the first time, you are welcome to come enjoy fun and friendship!
