Golden Police To Host Free Animal Safety Class

GOLDEN, CO — The Golden Safety Academy is offering a free class next week for community members who are interested in learning about animal safety. Hosted by the Golden Police Department, the class will offer information about code enforcement, personal safety and crime prevention.

The class will be held from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Monday, June 10, in the second floor training room of the Golden Fire Department, Station 21, 911 10th Street.

The Golden Safety Academy holds free classes on the second Monday of the month. Topics include theft prevention, fire safety, home security, identity theft, traffic safety and internet safety.
