Metro Denver Schools Hiring Teachers For 2018-19 School Year

GOLDEN, CO – Metro Denver school districts are hiring for the 2018-2019 school year. We've rounded up openings in local school districts including positions in Denver, Golden, Lakewood, Adams County, Arvada and Littleton.

Included are opportunities for administrators, principals, assistant principals, elementary and middle school teachers, student support services, custodians, support staff, food service and MORE.

Jefferson County School District

Jefferson County has openings for six speech-language pathologists, six special ed teachers, school psychologists and social workers. The are also advertising for an Early Childhood Teacher at Kendrick Lakes Preschool, several temporary Teachers Grades 3-6 at Powderhorn Elementary, a Pre-School Program Specialist in Wheat Ridge, a STEM teacher at West Woods Elementary, a 3rd-Grade teacher at Three Creeks Elementary, ESL, Music and Spanish Language teachers. Littleton Public Schools

Littleton Public School District is hiring a 4th-Grade teacher at East Elementary, as well as an integrated library learning specialist, two special ed teachers and a speech-language pathologist, as well as administrative assistant, custodial and nutrition services workers, including in management positions. Cherry Creek School District

Cherry Creek School District is hiring a 1st-Grade teacher at Mission Viejo Elementary and a 5th-Grade teacher at Eastridge Elementary. There's an opening for a high school science teacher at the Manor I-Team and a Dean of Students at Grandview HS. A Spanish teacher is sought at West Middle School and a social studies teacher at Liberty Middle School. The district is also hiring for a pool of Gifted Learning teachers. Denver Public Schools

DPS is looking for teachers, paraprofessionals, support staff and administrators. The DPS hiring process involves first submitting a general teaching application via the DPS job board. Applicants provide contact info, as well as employment history, licensure info, endorsements and resumes. You can also upload optional videos of yourself teaching and cover letters, letters of recommendation etc. Step 2 is a 15-minute phone interview with human resources. Adams 12 5-Star Schools

Adams 12 Five Star School District has multiple openings for math teachers in grades 7 through high school. The district is also seeking high school science teachers for Vantage Point and Northglenn high schools and STEM Launch school. The district also seeks elementary school teachers in Eagle View, Wood Glenn and Federal Heights (where are art teacher is needed). The district is seeking an elementary principal and professional learning specialists and coordinators. Special ed teachers and a district speech pathologist are also advertised. Adams County School District 14 Commerce City

Adams County 14 has openings for a principal at Kearney Middle School, a Manager of Operations, four special ed teachers, a 5th-Grade teacher at Monaco Elementary, two 2nd-Grade teachers at Rose Hill Elementary and a kindergarten teacher at Hanson Elementary. High School teachers are sought in Math Science and Social Studies at Adams City HS and Kearney MS.
