From the Colorado School of Mines: On April 20, 8 a.m to 1 p.m., the Colorado School of Mines will be hosting the annual Helluva Service Event, a student-driven day of service for the City of Golden.

This is a day devoted to giving back to the community by CSM students. At the Helluva Service Event, students from all across campus will come together to complete various service events throughout the Golden community with organizations and individuals ranging from open space and public parks to local businesses and community members.

The students of CSM anticipate making this an annual tradition as a means of supporting the community while establishing a positive connection between the school and other organizations throughout the city.
