Flexible options for all fitness levels: *Beginner Strength, HIIT, Dance Fitness Classes *1 on1 and 2 on 1 Personal Training Packages *Senior Specific Classes for strength and balance. *In-Home Non-Medical Care and Transportation including fitness programs and massage for all ages. *Slow Flow Yoga, Lori Cuno, Certified Yoga Instructor *Massage Therapy is available by appointment in a separate, comfortable room. I'm Diane George, owner/operator, Certified Personal Trainer, Senior Fitness Specialist and Massage Therapist. I've been in this profession for a long time. Prior to covid, I owned Dynamic Fitness in Evergreen and then Conifer. The gyms were 3000sf and loaded with great equipment and wonderful members. The gym in Lakewood is a smaller format with a variety of equipment to provide a challenge for most everyone. As a valued client, you're always with me or a qualified instructor while working out. Class sizes are for a maximum of 6 people. Three scheduled classes are currently offered. Yoga is available virtually Tuesdays 5pm. I'm open to offer a class for your group of 3 or more at a time not currently scheduled. The first class is free for everyone.
