  1. South Park creators have spent a ton of their own cash trying to revive Casa Bonita. Nearly a year into their purchase of the iconic Casa Bonita, Trey Parker and Matt Stone acknowledge that they had no clue what they were getting themselves into when they bought it, but they confirmed that they've got the resources to see the project through.   4. City of Lafayette has year-round water restrictions, will other municipalities follow suit?
