- Colorado to lead multi-state investigation of proposed grocery merger. Colorado State Attorney, General Phil Weiser, announced that his office will lead the investigation into the proposed merger between King Soopers' parent company and Albertsons. (7News)
- Boys that started a deadly fire will face multiple charges in juvenile court. On Friday morning, Jefferson County District Attorney's announced that they will keep the case in juvenile court, instead of charging the two boys 12 and 14 years old as adults. (FOX31)
- CPW releases plan for Colorado wolf reintroductions. Colorado Parks and Wildlife will be introducing wolves in Colorado, and the wolves will be relocated from Wyoming, Idaho and Montana. The planned timeline has them being released by the end of 2023. (KDVR)
- City of Denver needs help as flow of migrants continues. Denver is experiencing a wave of migrants being bused to Denver, and while the City of Denver has been able to quickly respond to the first 100, more are expected to arrive in coming days. (CBS4)
- Permitting delays in Old Town Superior causing frustration. Folks in in Old Town Superior feel like they've been getting the run around as they try to reconstruct their homes after the Marshall Fire. The city says several individuals that have encountered difficulties "due to lack of understanding of what is needed for the permit application." (9News)
