  1. The hit-and-run driver that killed a pedestrian has been arrested. A pedestrian was killed on Thursday on West Colfax near Kendall Street. Lakewood Police have arrested 55-year-old Irene Lonnie Martinez on suspicion of leaving the scene of an accident involving death. The identity of the pedestrian has not yet been released. (FOX31)
  2. Lime Apartments on Wadsworth sells for $300,000 per door. Turnstone Capital has acquired the 1962-vintage property located at 1220 Wadsworth Blvd. The building has 50 apartments in a mix of two- and three-bedroom units, which range from 927 square feet to 1,187 square feet for $15.1 million.   3. Why are Colorado activists so divided over the psychedelics ballot measure? Those working to pass Proposition 122 claim legal access to psychedelic mushrooms will provide another avenue to solve the state's mental health crisis.
