2. Denver Metro Police asking drivers to slow down: Lakewood police pulled a driver over who was recorded going 52 mph over the speed limit. (CBS4)
3. COVID-19 surges in Colorado: State becomes a hotspot in the U.S. On Monday, the state's 7-day positivity rate was 8.46%, up from 6.86%. The highest positivity rate in the state over the past seven days is Custer County with 22.7% positivity. (FOX31)
