Arbor View was established in 1964 as the Colorado Lutheran Home, and today offers a full continuum of care, including 56 independent living apartments and 32 assisted living residences. The community’s newly renovated one-bedroom apartments and studio floor plan options feature private, walk-out patios.

Situated atop Hackberry Hill, Arbor View’s 13-acre campus offers a serene retirement lifestyle surrounded by lovely mountain views and is within a short driving distance of Olde Town Arvada’s retail shops, restaurants, parks, and performing art venues.

Arbor View is owned and managed by WellAge Senior Living, a local management firm that invests in the community, the residents, their families, and team members. WellAge’s premise is Live Well.
