Help Make The 40 West ArtLine Even Better
Plus, explore the 40 things to find and do on Lakewood's outdoor art playground.

From the City of Lakewood: What do you think about the 40 West ArtLine in its inaugural year and how could it be even better next year? Tell us your thoughts in a brief survey at 40WestArtLine.org, and you’ll be entered in a drawing for an ArtLine T-shirt and water bottle.
If you’ve seen the green line on sidewalks and along streets in northeast Lakewood, you’ve discovered the ArtLine, a four-mile long walking and biking free outdoor gallery with more than 70 pieces of public art. Located in the heart of the state certified 40 West Arts Creative District along historic West Colfax Avenue and the W light rail line, the ArtLine connects city parks, historic neighborhoods, creative businesses and galleries with artwork that ranges from large, iconic dinosaur-inspired sculptures to playful, interactive game murals on the ground.
Tell us what type of art you want to see more of in 2019 and let us know how you want to see that art –organized bike rides, free yoga events, pop-up parties, handstand walking contests on the green line. You get the idea. The sky’s the limit, so let us know what you want by Dec. 31.
