  1. Jury awards $353 million in DUI death of pro cyclist Gwen Inglis. A Jeffco jury has awarded $353 million in damages to the estate of Gwen Inglis and her husband Michael. The case that stems from an accident where a pro cyclist was hit and killed by an impaired driver last year. Ryan Montoya, who was driving under the influence, plead guilty earlier this year and was sentenced to eight years in prison. (FOX31)
  2. Metro Denver's home prices expected to grow slower than before. There's still a chance that the region's home prices will grow next year, but predictions are that the growth will be a lot small than the last few years. All bets are off in Pueblo, as it's looking to be one of the bright spots in terms of growth in the entire state for increased values. (FOX31)
  3. Colorado's in no hurry to ban cars that burn fossil fuels. Despite other states like California setting hard deadline to end the use of vehicles that are powered by fossil fuels, Colorado opts for an Electric Vehicle (EV) incentive program. (CPR)
  4. State agencies warning public not to touch dead birds as avian flu continues to spread. The spread of avian flu in Colorado has several Colorado agencies sending out messages telling the public to avoid touching dead birds, including a Twitter post from the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment.
