  1. Jeffco DA requests a hearing for judge to reconsider Aguilera-Mederos' sentence. Jefferson County District attorney Alexis King filed a motion to reconsider Rogel Aguilera-Mederos' 110-year prison sentence. "The law permits the Court to reconsider its sentence in an exceptional case involving unusual and extenuating circumstances." (Patch)
  2. Westminster City Council votes to approve Uplands development proposal. After three nights of testimony, city council OK'd the controversial project early Tuesday – which will bring more than 2,000 homes, including a commitment to provide missing middle housing, to a long vacant property.   3. Newly completed Clear Creek Crossing multi-family development project in Wheat Ridge sets record for sales price.
