Jeffco Rangers, Deputies To Close Parks That Reach Capacity
Visitors can expect temporary, rolling closures at overcrowded parks in Jefferson County, officials said.

JEFFERSON COUNTY, CO — As metro Denver residents continue to flock to local parks and trails, Jeffco parks officials are warning visitors that some parks may close temporarily if they reach capacity. Rangers and deputies will implement the rolling closures.
Officials are asking visitors to have backup plans if their park of choice is closed.
Parks may also be closed if parking has "spilled out onto roads" or there's "illegal/unsafe parking" occurring, officials said.
