Man Arrested In Connection With Deadly Lakewood Stabbing
Kevin Pineda-Silva, 22, was arrested after a 20-year-old was stabbed to death at a party in Lakewood, police said.
LAKEWOOD, CO — A man was arrested in connection with a deadly stabbing at a house party Saturday in Lakewood, police said.
Kevin Pineda-Silva, 22, faces first-degree murder and first-degree assault charges after 20-year-old Rodrigo Villa-Espinoza died from a stab wound, Lakewood police said.
Officers were called to a home in the 12900 block of West Jewell Circle after someone called and said their roommate had fainted, police said. The officers found Espinoza had been stabbed in the torso with a blunt object, according to police.

He was taken to a local hospital, where he died, police said.

Silva is being held at the Jefferson County jail.
