LAKEWOOD, CO — A 21-year-old man has been arrested in connection with a shooting outside a Walmart in Lakewood Sunday, police said. The victim was shot multiple times and remains in the hospital in stable condition, authorities said.Kile Joshua Chaca has been charged with first-degree assault with a deadly weapon. Officers were called to the store at 440 Wadsworth Blvd. just after 9:30 p.m., police said.
