1. Governor Polis announced yesterday that, over the past few days, the State of Colorado saw the greatest increase in COVID-19 cases since May 2021. (9News)
2. A brand new, $25,000 outdoor-fitness court opened on Wednesday at the Green Mountain Recreation Center in Lakewood, CO. This workout facility provides snazzy new exercise equipment for residents of Green Mountain to get fit. (Patch)
3. An Evergreen attorney was sentenced to ten years in prison after being convicted of hiring a hitman to kill her husband's girlfriend. (Jeffco Transcript)
4. Help a friend in need: Lakewood has long been in desperate need of services for its most vulnerable residents –with the creation of RecoveryWorks – that help is now available.
