Red Rock CC Presents 'Ordinary Days'
'Musical About Unexpected Connections' runs Nov. 9, 10, and 11 at RRCC Theater.

From Red Rocks Community College: Red Rocks Community College (RRCC) Theatre Arts and Dance, through special arrangement with R & H Theatricals, presents the musical Ordinary Days, with music and lyrics by Adam Gwon. This musical is directed by Kelly Jo Eldredge. Performances will be November 9, 10, and 11 at the Red Rocks Community College Theater.
Ordinary Days is a refreshingly honest and funny musical about making real connections in the city that never sleeps (but probably should at some point.) It tells the story of four young New Yorkers whose lives intersect as they search for fulfillment, happiness, love, and cabs. Ordinary Days was developed by Adam Gwon when he was in the prestigious Dramatists Guild of America’s Fellows Program in 2006. It premiered to critical acclaim at New York’s Roundabout Theatre Company, in their Black Box Theatre in 2009—the first musical to be presented in this space. For anyone who has ever struggled to find their place in a complex world, this musical provides humor and hope.
Ordinary Days will be performed November 9, 10, and 11 at 7:00 p.m. at the Red Rocks Community College Theater on the Lakewood campus of Red Rocks Community College (west end, lower level). Admission is $10. RRCC students may pick up a free student voucher for the show at the Student Life Desk. Tickets may be purchased in advance online here. Credit and debit cards are also accepted at the door. This musical includes adult language and is meant for adult audiences.
