Some Jeffco Government Office Spaces Set To Reopen After Flooding
Work is underway to repair damage to Jeffco government offices after a sprinkler line break, officials said.

JEFFERSON COUNTY, CO — Several offices in the Jefferson County Administration & Courts Facility are set to reopen over the next few months after fire sprinkler line break flooding, officials said. Jeffco's Facilities Management has contracted with Calahan Construction Services to repair the damaged office space.
The Pretrial and Community Services office space is expected to be the first to reopen at the end of October, and the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office Civil Unit is expected to reopen around the end of November, officials said.
"The Facilities Management staff is working as quickly as possible to get everything repaired and open," Jeffco officials said in an update. "We thank you for your patience and apologize for any inconvenience."

CASA’s permanent home is Suite 2505, formerly the Public Trustee’s area, which was part of the Facilities Master Plan and was expedited after the damaged offices.
The Public Trustee Office now has a permanent home in the Jeffco Treasurer’s Office due to recent legislation that places the trustee’s responsibilities under the treasurer.
