In 2015, Brown Gutwein served as an elected Ward 5 City Council member, and was re-elected in 2019. After years of service, she is stepping down to focus on her family. The replacement process for Brown Gutwein, whose term ends in 2023, has not been announced as of Friday. (Patch)
