Here's your Lakewood update for today: Westword
  1. Find yourself on the three miles of Coolfax: From Meow Wolf to Casa Bonita and everything in between, the Westword takes you on a tour to where the wild things are on Coolfax! (Westword)
  2. The Hyperloop 'fantasy' is coming to Colorado: Supposedly, a full-scale prototype is slated to be built and tested in Pueblo. According to its backers, Pueblo is "the perfect combination of expansive facilities and a remote location." Still haven't heard much about what CDOT plans to do with their version that they were talking about back in 2017. (KOAA)
  3. When people think of Colorado and the Rocky Mountains, they think about a place with crisp mountain air and sparkling clear water — as it turns out, Colorado ranks near the bottom of the heap for air and water quality. Looks like we've got some work to do to repair the damage already done. (US News)
  4. New Jeffco School District COVID-19 policy goes into effect: Non-vaccinated students must be tested for COVID-19 on a weekly basis. (CPR)
