On 3/18/21, members of the Littleton Police Department, assisted by Denver Police, arrested Phillip Michael Dent, aged 51. He was wanted in connection with the violent carjacking of an elderly woman in Littleton on January 28, 2021. The arrest was made without incident at a hotel in the area of 36th and Quebec St. in Denver, after Littleton Police received a tip from a citizen. Dent is being held at the Denver Detention Facility on the following charges:

- Robbery
- Assault
- Motor Vehicle Theft
- Arson
- 2nd Degree Burglary
- Theft (two counts)
- Criminal trespass to a motor vehicle
He had three unrelated arrest warrants on which he was also booked. His booking photo will be available through the Denver Detention Center.
