It has been decades since Littleton’s land use and zoning codes have been holistically updated with the last update occurring in 1976. After four years of community input and hard work, the City of Littleton is taking the final steps to consider the Unified Land Use Code (ULUC). It has been decades since Littleton’s land use and zoning codes have been holistically updated with the last update occurring in 1976.
Earlier this week the Historical Preservation Board (HPB) reviewed and recommended approval with three minor conditions of the parts of the ULUC pertaining to Historic Preservation. Planning Commission will consider a recommendation to adopt the ULUC during its public hearing on Monday, September 27 at 6:30 p.m. The city council public hearing to consider ULUC adoption will be held October 19.
