Here's a breakdown of which Colorado counties have the best response rates.
As of Thursday, Douglas County had the highest response rate for the 2020 Census in Colorado, and Jefferson County was close behind. Around 55.2 percent of Colorado households have responded, census officials confirmed.
The data that's collected will determine the number of seats each state has in the U.S. House of Representatives, and the distribution of more than $675 billion in federal funds to states and communities for the next decade.
