Fire Destroys 3 Homes In Castle Rock
High winds and dry weather caused the rapid spread of fire that destroyed three Castle Rock homes. No injuries were reported.

CASTLE ROCK, CO -- No injuries were reported in Castle Rock, where three homes caught fire Tuesday afternoon. High winds and dry weather put the state on Red Flag fire warning status Tuesday, the National Weather service said. Wildfires also burned in Douglas County.
The houses caught fire on North Foxtail Drive Tuesday, the South Metro Fire Department said. Neighboring properties were evacuated.
By 11:30, the fires were contained.
