Happy New Year! Dry January is in full swing, and as the trend continues to gain momentum, Wind Crest, an Erickson Senior Living community in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, is raising the bar—literally—with chef-crafted, zero-proof recipes that bring people together in a fresh, flavorful way.

Throughout January, residents are savoring mocktails and alcohol-free recipes made with fresh ingredients, seasonal flavors, and a focus on wellness. These aren’t your average “skip-the-booze” drinks—they’re vibrant, creative, and designed to make Dry January feel like a celebration, not a sacrifice.
