Here's a list of coronavirus outbreaks reported at grocery and retail stores in Arapahoe County.

ARAPAHOE COUNTY, CO — While the holiday season is underway and many people are flocking to stores to grab gifts, groceries and decor, public health officials are reminding shoppers to wash their hands as much as possible and adhere to social distancing guidelines.

Some of the most popular stores in Arapahoe County have strict cleaning procedures and coronavirus safety measures in place; however, the virus has been able to continually find its way into even the most unwelcoming environments.

Every Wednesday, the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment updates its list of outbreaks in each county. Some outbreaks have lasted more than a month since they were first detected.

More than 2,600 outbreaks have been reported in our state since the pandemic began.

Colorado has begun to see a decline in its average number of daily cases, according to the latest public health data. Between Monday afternoon and Tuesday afternoon, 1,633 new cases of the coronavirus were reported in our state.
