The LPS finance department has been recognized by the Association of School Business Officials International (ASBO) with a Meritorious Budget Award for the 2021–2022 Adopted Budget. Molly Barrie, ASBO International’s director of recognition programs, said, “The district has been participating in the Meritorious Budget Award program for twenty years, a true reflection of the district’s commitment to fiscal integrity.”
