Littleton Double Shooting: Woman Dies At Hospital
Timothy Alex Shelton, 22, is facing charges of first-degree murder. A male victim survived a gunshot wound to the face, police said.

LITTLETON, CO – A woman shot in a Littleton home on July 17 has died, police reported Friday. The female victim was one of two people allegedly shot by Timothy Alex Shelton, 22, around 6:30 a.m. in the 6100 block of Broadway Avenue. Police said she was shot in the head.
A male victim, who was shot in the face and escaped from the house, was treated for his injuries and released. Police said the victims were acquaintances of Shelton, who lived in the home.
The identity of the slain woman was not immediately released.

Shelton was taken into custody Wednesday and is facing charges of first-degree murder. He being held at the Arapahoe County Jail on $150,000 bond.
