Notice is hereby given that the following public hearings will be held by the City of Littleton at the Littleton Center, 2255 West Berry Avenue, Littleton, Colorado:

To consider an application for an Amendment to a Planned Development Plan for property at Aspen Grove 7301 S Santa Fe Dr, Case #APD21-0002, to allow up to 2500 dwelling units and additional building height.

All those wishing to be heard should be present at the time and place stated.
