Results Of Littleton Resident, Business Surveys Released
Here's what Littleton residents and business owners had to say about their city.

LITTLETON, CO — The results of Littleton's 2020 Resident and Business Surveys have been released. Both surveys were launched by the city to gauge people's overall satisfaction with their quality of life and city services.
Around 92 percent of residents and 88 percent of businesses rated their quality of life in Littleton as either 'good' or 'excellent.' Around 93 percent of residents said Littleton is either a 'good' or 'excellent' place to live, survey results show.
The top three reasons why residents like living in Littleton are: 'the location,' 'feeling safe' and 'liking their neighborhoods.'

Cities across the Front Range, including Littleton, have faced rapid population growth, and mobility remains a concern for Littleton residents and the business community. Sixty-one percent of residents said traffic is the most pressing issue facing their city over the next two years, and 68 percent of businesses said traffic congestion is a 'major' or 'moderate' problem.

Satisfaction with parking in Downtown Littleton has declined from 37 percent in 2012 to 21 percent in 2020.
Residents place a high priority on maintaining and improving city infrastructure — 87 percent of respondents said that it is 'essential' or 'very important,' and 25 percent said it's the most important future project.
Since 2016, residents have continued to say that they support a sales tax increase dedicated to city infrastructure improvements.
