10 Tons Of Fertilizer Burn In CT Fire, 2 People Hospitalized: Report

FRANKLIN, CT — A fire that burned 10 tons of fertilizer and pesticides at a rural Connecticut warehouse Monday morning sent two firefighters to the hospital, according to the Hartford Courant.

A shelter-in-place order was called for people within one mile of The Plant Group, LLC., where the fire took place, the outlet reported.
