97 More CT Coronavirus Deaths, Hospitalizations Drop Again
Coronavirus hospitalizations dropped for the 10th straight day, but there were nearly 100 newly-reported deaths.
CONNECTICUT — Connecticut had its 10th consecutive day of fewer coronavirus hospitalizations, but the state also had 97 newly-reported deaths Saturday.
There were 523 new lab-confirmed coronavirus cases out of 2,236 results along with 41 less hospitalizations. There have been 29,287 cases, 2,436 deaths and currently 1,551 hospitalizations.
State officials plan to start the reopening phase process on May 20.
