Connecticut's Chief Operating Officer Josh Geballe said "Three days in a row where new cases are less than 2% of total tests and Connecticut is now estimated to have the lowest rate of transmission (Rt) in the nation."

Connecticut is no. 1, followed by Massachusetts, D.C., Illinois, and New Jersey. The highest rate of transmission is found currently in Hawaii, Montana and Arizona. >>>You can view the nationwide chart here.
