CONNECTICUT — Thirteen state champions were crowned during 11 CIAC tournament finals Saturday at three venues. If that math doesn't seem to add up, it does; two soccer finals endless in scoreless ties and co-champions were declared per CIAC policy.

Soccer finals were all hosted at Dillon Stadium in Hartford, with four more slated there Sunday. As usual, Wethersfield High School and East Haven High School served as host venues for field hockey and girls volleyball, respectively.

Here are Saturday's results, as well as previews of Sunday's four soccer finals.
