CT Man Accused Of Inappropriately Touching Woman In Park

KILLINGLY, CT — A woman accused a man of touching her in a sexual manner while she was walking in a park in Connecticut Friday afternoon, according to state police.

The alleged incident occurred in Owen Bell Park on Town Farm Road in Killingly, after which the suspect fled, police said.

"The complainant managed to obtain a photograph of the male during the interaction, which corroborated her account of the incident," according to Connecticut State Police.

Police and a K9 team later found the suspect, identified as Marc Kaczor of Dayville, wearing the same clothing as depicted in the woman's photo, police said.

Kaczor was arrested and is facing charges of fourth-degree sexual assault, second-degree unlawful restraint, and second-degree breach of peace.

He was held in lieu of a $25,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in Danielson Superior Court Monday.
