NEW BRITAIN, CT — A middle school student allegedly brought edibles to school and distributed them to classmates Tuesday, according to WFSB 3-TV. Slade Middle School Interim Principal Andrew Mazzei informed parents of the incident in a letter.

Mazzei did not say how many students at the New Britain school received the edibles but said it was a "small number," WTNH News-8 reported.
