CT Pedestrian Killed In Crash; ID Released
A pedestrian was killed in a crash Thursday evening, according to state police.

KILLINGLY, CT — Police are seeking witnesses following a fatal pedestrian crash in Killingly.
A 2009 Subaru Impreza was traveling westbound on Route 6 in Killingly at 8:16 p.m. Thursday.
As the car approached the intersection of Route 6 and Maple Street, a pedestrian attempted to cross the street in the marked crosswalk against the pedestrian traffic signal, state police said.

The driver did not see the pedestrian, William Perry, 39, of Danielson. The right-front part of the car struck Perry, leading to his death.
The car's driver was not injured.
