Divisional Champions Named Top CT Girls Soccer Teams In Year-End Poll
Unanimous top selections were made by a panel of coaches in Class LL-L and M-S.

CONNECTICUT — When the smoke cleared from the exciting and often upset-filled CIAC girls soccer tournaments, a panel of coaches voted on the top teams in Classes LL-L and M-S. In both divisions, the number one choices received unanimous support, but the similarities ended there. One had led the polling virtually every week since preseason, while the other vaulted from outside the top 10 to claim the pole position.
St. Joseph, which won Class LL after capturing the Class L crown the previous two seasons, earned the top nod from all 11 coaches voting in the LL-L balloting. Bacon Academy, which was not ranked in the final regular season poll, won the Class M title with a shocking upset of previously-unbeaten Suffield to top the rankings in M-S.
Here are the top 10 in each division, as well as all other teams earning support from voters.
