Enter Patch's 'Who Makes The Best Ice Cream' In CT Contest

The first day of spring is Wednesday, March 20 and it's only appropriate that on this special day we think about the impending warmer weather and of course ice cream.

When it comes to ice cream, Connecticut has plenty of great choices. We want to know where to find the best of the best and need your help. Is it a particular flavor of ice cream or topping that that makes your favorite?

Just fill out our "Who Makes the Best Ice Cream" form and you'll be entered into a random drawing for a $50 e-gift card. All you have to do is tell us where to get the best ice cream in Connecticut and why. The winner will be notified by email on May 1.

Connecticut Magazine last year highlighted some of the best ice cream spots in the state including: Ferris Acres Creamery, Newtown, Wells Hollow Creamery, Shelton, Collins Creamery, Enfield, Rich Farm Ice Cream, Oxford and Brookfield, Dr. Mike’s Ice Cream, Bethel, Scoopy Doo’s Ice Cream, Milford and Ashley’s Ice Cream.
