New CT Prescription Drug Discount Card Program Launches Oct. 2: Lamont
All Connecticut residents will be eligible to receive savings on medication in the new ArrayRx program, Gov. Lamont said.
CONNECTICUT — Connecticut will join Nevada, Oregon, and Washington for a prescription drug discount card program, Gov. Ned Lamont announced Thursday.

Known as ArrayRx, the program will launch in Connecticut on Oct. 2, according to a statement from Gov. Ned Lamont's Office released Thursday.

On that date, Connecticut residents who want to receive an ArrayRx discount card can fill out the form that is available online here. A valid e-mail address and physical Connecticut address are required to enroll. The card will be provided to consumers digitally at no cost to them nor the state via e-mail, and can be downloaded to smartphone wallets. State officials expect the card will be accepted at approximately 98 percent of pharmacies in Connecticut.
When purchasing prescription drugs, consumers present the card at their pharmacy and they can receive savings of up to 80 percent on certain medications. All FDA-approved drugs are eligible for a discount.
