Road Rage Shooting Leads To Arrest In Thomaston: Police
The suspect surrendered to police on Wednesday.

THOMASTON, CT — A Terryville man is accused of shooting at another vehicle during a road rage incident earlier this month.
Chief of Police Jeffrey Madden said police have arrested David Concepcion, 32, of Allen Street, Terryville.
Concepcion surrendered at police headquarters on Wednesday.

Police charged him with criminal attempt to commit first-degree assault with a firearm, illegal possession of a firearm, unlawful discharge of a firearm, first-degree criminal mischief, reckless driving, and evading responsibility/property damage.
The incident happened on Waterbury Road on March 17 around 3:30 p.m., police said.

The complainant told police another driver shot at his vehicle, striking the passenger’s side window and windshield. Both vehicles were traveling south on Waterbury Road at the time. The victim was not injured, according to police.
Concepcion was held overnight on $750,000 bond and was due to be arraigned today in Superior Court in Torrington.
