Snow Accumulation Estimates Made For Tuesday's Storm: CT Weather

A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for part of CT. Here is an updated look at how much snow we can expect to accumulate.

It appears all of Connecticut will see some snow on the ground by Wednesday morning but the most snow accumulation is expected in inland sections of Fairfield County and also in Litchfield County.

A Winter Weather Advisory has been issued for inland sections of Fairfield County for between two to five inches of snow Tuesday and Tuesday night. Litchfield County may see the same snow accumulation numbers too.

The rest of Connecticut is looking at around one to three inches of snow, except for areas along the immediate coast, which are expected to receive an inch or less of snow. The timing of the snow may cause travel issues Tuesday evening, according to the National Weather Service.
